Bad Brambach is an important center for spa treatments, health, and recreational holidays. The spa town is especially known for its radon, used in the form of drinking and bathing cures for recovery. The modern bath and sauna area with the cozy sauna village is also popular. Start your route at the station. The path mostly follows the Vogtland Panorama Trail. Enjoy uniquely beautiful views, for example from Wirtsberg. Afterwards, take some time for a visit to the Vogtland Open-Air Museum in the village of Landwüst. The 17 km route leads mainly along a natural, paved trail. If you extend the route through the Schwarzbach valley, you can return to Bad Brambach by Vogtlandbahn from Adorf, making it an ideal day trip. Dining options include the mountain inn Heiterer Blick in Markneukirchen.

Author´s Tip / Recommendation of the author
The Vogtland Open-Air Museum Landwüst offers insight into the working and living conditions of people at the beginning of the 19th century. The museum shop offers nice souvenirs.
