From Döbeln to Großbothen - music and culinary delights along the Mulde cycle path

The cycle tour from Döbeln to Großbothen covers around 34 kilometers along the idyllic Freiberg Mulde. In Döbeln, the St. Nicolaikirche church and the historic town hall invite you to explore.

After a few kilometers, you reach the impressive Buch Monastery, a former Cistercian monastery that offers farmers' markets, exhibitions and numerous art workshops and readings. In the small town of Leisnig, the imposing Mildenstein Castle towers high above the river and offers magnificent views.
