A very scenic trail embedded in the valley of the Rote Valepp around the Albert-Link hut. Wonderfully sunny and partially very challenging.

The starting point at Roßkopfweg in the Schliersee district of Spitzingsee at about 1,100 m can be reached after a short walk. The trail for skaters and classic cross-country skiers runs through very varied terrain around the Valepper Almen, partially along the stream bed of the Rote Valepp. The trail also continues south to the Blecksteinhaus and in a loop back to the Albert-Link hut.

After the sporting activity, showers are available at the Albert-Link hut cross-country center and your physical well-being is also well catered for here. In the village of Spitzingsee, the Alte Wurzhütte, Neue Wurzhütte, Gasthof Klausenhütte, Postgasthof St. Bernhard, Willy Merkl Haus and Alpenhotel am Spitzingsee are available as places to eat.
