The Harzklub Wildemann has reissued the "Wildemanner Hiking Badge". Four diverse hiking tours around the mining town of Wildemann invite you to collect stamps at hiking guesthouses and viewpoints. The routes differ in length, elevation profile, and difficulty – suitable for families, seniors, and sporty hikers.
An overview of the four tours:
Tour 1 – Prinzenlaube: Steep ascent via the "Ernst-August-Stieg" directly from the town center to the Prinzenlaube.
Tour 2 – Iberger Albertturm: Leisurely climb through the Gittel valley to the hut with observation tower.
Tour 3 – Maaßner Gaipel: Easy hike along the Lautenthaler ditch to the forest guesthouse.
Tour 4 – Grumbachtal: Family-friendly path along the "Allee der Bäume" to the Grumbach pond.
At each station, a stamp can be collected. Those who present all four proofs (flyer or Harzer Wandernadel booklet) will receive the Wildemanner Hiking Badge for a fee of €5.00 – available at the tourist information center and GlowGolf.
The blue stamp on Harzklub signposts marks the correct route.
