Look forward to a special summer evening full of enjoyment, good conversations, and a unique atmosphere.  Together with OsteWagyu from the Oste region, we combine handcrafted meat specialties with the relaxed vibe of a casual cocktail evening at our Nordik Distillery in Horneburg. It all begins with a welcome cocktail from Nordik - perfect for arriving, leaving everyday life behind, and starting the evening in a relaxed way.

Next, you will be treated to an exclusive 3-course menu. Enjoy a fine Wagyu treat on freshly baked bread as a small starter. The highlight of the evening: Our grill master from OsteWagyu celebrates a special burger from the grill live before your eyes. We serve special fries that are fried in exquisite Wagyu fat. Meanwhile, you will hear exciting stories about the origin, husbandry, and special quality of OsteWagyu meat. Of course, we will also take a little look behind the scenes: Together, we will have a small look into our barrel store and taste a special barrel sample directly from the wooden cask.

To conclude, we will end the evening comfortably with a sweet surprise. The evening will be accompanied by three selected spirits from our distillery, perfectly matched to the different moments of enjoyment throughout the evening.
