Live radio play with Hardy Krüger Jr. + Radio Live Theater

In the Llano Estacado, a gang is spreading fear and terror: the coyotes. When Old Shatterhand and his companion Sam Hawkens come across a robbed stagecoach, the two Westmen pick up the bandits' trail. A chase begins across the west of the USA, in which the hunters soon become the hunted. And the coyotes aren't just after fat prey...

With "Old Shatterhand among Coyotes", a new, action-packed western comes to the stage as a live radio play. Hardy Krüger Jr. plays the leading role of Old Shatterhand, Volker Zack is the cutter and Luna Schweiger plays Emily Milton. Together with other actors, they take on a total of twelve roles. The star of the evening, however, is the foley artist. He creates entire worlds directly on stage using everyday objects: crunching sand under boots, galloping horses, banging shots or the departure of a steam locomotive. With practiced hand movements, imagination and perfect timing, he transforms simple materials into vivid soundscapes, creating the perfect mental cinema for the audience. Together they create an exciting adventure full of suspense, speed and atmosphere.

The audience experiences the radio play live as if in a mobile recording studio: music, effects, costumes and handmade sounds are created right in front of the audience's eyes and ears. In the tradition of the well-known Karl May venues in Elspe, Bad Segeberg and Rathen, the world of Karl May is brought to life in an impressive way - thrilling, authentic and surprising.

A real "road movie for the eyes and ears", exciting right up to the big showdown. Karl May has been one of the classics of adventure literature for over 120 years - this production continues his tradition and combines cinema in the mind with the magic of the stage.
