When the successful composer and exceptional musical talent Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart opened a restaurant at the Lilie in 2003, he could not have known that, despite his extraordinary talent, he did not have a special knack for gastronomy.
The bon vivant and philanthropist therefore left the field to Hirbod's family of restaurateurs and can look forward to 18 years of traditional hospitality in his name.
