Here, the Pinsa is the centre of attention. Here, crispy, fluffy dough from the original recipe from Italy meets varied toppings. We make our dough in our own factory from natural ingredients - completely without soy flour. Thanks to a maturing time of up to 72 hours, our dough is beautifully crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
