Traditional bakery craft as well as the use of the best raw materials, which we obtain as far as possible locally from the region, distinguish the family business and artisan bakery from the Bliesgau.

Traditional baking methods and the use of the best raw materials characterize the baked goods.

Regionality, ecology and local ties play a major role here in the café and bakery.

A matter of course is the use of our own sourdough and baking according to our own recipes, some of which still come from the grandfather, the founder of the bakery.
