Waldcafé und Hüttenzauber Liebenburg

In Liebenburg, the "Waldcafé & Hüttenzauber" restaurant treats guests to Allgäu-style delicacies. The restaurant can be easily reached on foot or by bike from Salzgitter-Bad.
The ambience in the house and garden, the loving decoration, a small hut shop and, above all, the menu follow the "mountain world" theme. The addition of the name "Hüttenzauber" also points to the Hoffmanns' gastronomic concept. On the menu are snacks and sandwiches as well as delicacies that are otherwise only known from the foothills of the Alps. There is meat loaf Allgäu style and a hut burger, the centerpiece of which is also fried meat loaf. The Leberkäse is served with homemade coleslaw, gherkin and a special honey and mustard dressing on a pretzel roll. The Hoffmanns have also created a seasonal menu, which now includes dishes with chanterelles and matjes in summer. In addition to good food, the Hoffmanns also want to establish various events, such as live music and dancing  or an Oktoberfest or a Christmas market in Liebenburg.
