Camping Land on the banks of the Elbe

Our campsite is located directly at the banks of the river Elbe (Stover Strand). It was founded in 1960 and since then is run as a family-business. Our guest’s comfort is our most import concern. We want you to feel good and to leave behind everyday-life for some time.

Surroundings

The banks and beaches of the River Elbe, the dyke and the picturesque landscape are perfectly suited for sunbathing, long walks, bicycle tours and roller skating.

Our campsite is located directly next to the river Elbe, so you also have the possibility to fish.

You can get the necessary permission at our kiosk.

Our campsite is located very near to the city of Hamburg.

You can easily enjoy a day trip to the metropolis and visit a musical or do a harbour tour.

The centre of Hamburg is reachable in only 30 minutes by car.

A bird sanctuary is nearby to our campsite where you can observe various rare species of bird.

The Elbe Cycle Path is directly on our doorstep.
