On an area of three hectares, we take time for the fish specialties that we breed and process for you directly on the Luhe River.
But it all started more than 100 years ago in the Ore Mountains with the Mortelgrund fish farm and net factory run by Wilhelm Engelhardt. His knowledge was passed on and continuously developed and we still work according to his business principle today: "The best of the best!"
