The Hallenplan is located around 60 m from the historic Einbeck market square in the center of Einbeck's old town. It connects the market square and Knochenhauerstraße.
On the northern side of the hall plan is the old town hall and the crossing to the market square. In the middle of the square is a large Luther Oak and further to the south is a fountain.
The hall plan is home to shops, restaurants and service outlets. For example, you can find a hairdresser, a toy store, a wine shop, a café, a wool shop, a music school, a medical center, an orthopaedic shoe store or a jewelry store.
