Königstraße is one of the most charming addresses in Dresden's Neustadt district. A baroque promenade stretches from the Japanese Palace to Albertplatz with impressively reconstructed town houses, elegant boutiques, stylish restaurants and small galleries. In the winding alleyways all around, courtyards full of surprises await - from culinary highlights to antique shops with character. Here, history and the present combine to create a special city experience. If you are open to details, you will discover more than just beautiful facades on Königstrasse: It is a place for explorers with a sense of aesthetics.

Directions & Parking facilities
Königstraße is well connected to Dresden's public transport network: Streetcar lines 3, 6, 7, 8 and 11 take visitors to the Albertplatz stop, while lines 4 and 9 take them to Palaisplatz - both just a few steps away. The street is also easily accessible by bike or on foot, for example via the neighboring Hauptstraße. If you come by car, there are public parking spaces along Königstraße and on Palaisplatz and Albertplatz. At peak times, however, we recommend traveling by bus and train - it is not only more relaxed, but also more sustainable.
