LIONS Fitness Park Salzgitter-Bad
Exercising in the fresh air—not only puts you in a great mood, but also helps combat stress, strengthens the immune system, and improves physical performance. A total of nine pieces of equipment are available for this purpose: a balance course, a jumping area, a trampoline, a slackline, calisthenics stations, pull-up bars, push-up stations, squats with a wobble board, and a back extension machine. Each piece of equipment offers three difficulty levels, ranging from easy to hard. The exercises are clearly explained on the individual station signs.
The thermal spa’s dining options and restrooms, as well as parking lots and the bus stop for line 618, are located in the immediate vicinity.

Take the B6 or B248 to Salzgitter-Bad. Once in town, follow the signs to the thermal spa.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel
The Salzgitter-Bad neighborhood is connected to the Braunschweig/Herzberg (Harz) regional rail line. From the train station, bus route 618 runs hourly directly to the thermal spa (except on Sundays).
