All test-relevant areas meet the quality criteria of the "Accessibility tested - barrier-free for people with walking disabilities and barrier-free for wheelchair users" label.

We have compiled some information on accessibility below. Detailed information can be found in the test report.

• There are four designated parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 520 cm). There is also a designated parking space for people with disabilities directly at the entrance.
• The path from the parking lot to the entrance is 80 m long and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 6% over a distance of 20 m
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are steplessly accessible.
• All doors/passages that can be used and raised for the guest are at least 90 cm wide.
• The checkout counter is 76 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
• The exhibits/stations/objects are mainly visible while seated.
• Guided tours are offered for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Advance booking is required.
• Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with walking disabilities, which can be used during the tour.
• The entire route of the tour is steplessly accessible for wheelchair users.

Public WC for people with disabilities (first floor)

• The maneuvering spaces are:
  in front of/behind the door, in front of the WC and in front of the washbasin at least 145 cm x 145 cm;
  to the left and right of the WC at least 90 cm x 70 cm.
• Handrails are provided to the left and right of the WC. The grab rails can be folded up.
• The washbasin can be driven under.
• The mirror can be seen when standing and sitting.
• An alarm trigger is available.
