On this approximately 7 km long hike you will experience pure nature but also the officially recognized recreational resort Beerheide in Vogtland. Your hike begins at the Beerheide Cultural Center. It leads you over Hohengrün along the garden area to "Fichtzig" where you cross Rempesgrüner Street towards Lohetal. Over Loheweg past Röthelstein into the valley of the Red Göltzsch downstream to the Beerheide waterworks. Across the Street of Peace you reach the village Beerheide, where you can enjoy the wonderful view at "Göltzschtalblick".

- Getting thereBeerheide is located in the southwest of the Free State of Saxony. The nearest larger towns in the area are Plauen, Zwickau, and Reichenbach. Beerheide can be conveniently reached via the A72 motorway.
