Bicycle tour to Schwellhäusl

Without much effort, this tour leads to some highlights of the northern national park area. The Schwellhäusl at the Schmalzbachschwelle does not only attract hikers and cyclists to take a rest - the beaver has settled down here as well. Also worthwhile is a detour to the native forest area Mittelsteighütte, in order to see the big, old beech and fir trees, which have been under protection regulation for more than 100 years.
