On the scenic Sonnenweg in the village of Elkeringhausen, this healing-climate hiking loop can be enjoyed.

The route has been physiologically and bioclimatically measured and is characterized by the following healing-climate aspects:

Short circular route with individual ascents totaling 97 meters in elevation. Average energy consumption at 75 kg body weight: approx. 325 kcal.

Requirements due to climate: MEDIUM to HIGH

On longer sections pronounced climate stimuli from sun and wind exposure.

Otherwise, dampened climate stimuli in the protection of trees.
