Hike from Schöneck on Ridge Trail and VPW to Bad Elster

Ridge Trail: IFA Holiday Park Schöneck – medieval church in Wohlbach – Adorf with Mother-of-Pearl and Local History Museum -  Restoration of Tetterweinbach valley - then change to the VPW: Ring wall island - Arnsgrüner Kirchsteig - Albert Park - bathing area - Royal Gardens Bad Elster

Please note: Shortly before Adorf, the Ridge Trail splits into two variants.

The official route leads on natural paths, partly with beautiful panoramic views, around Adorf. In this hike, we choose the "Alternative" marked cultural route, which leads directly through the town of Adorf, where a visit to the mother-of-pearl exhibition in the Freiberger Gate or a detour to the botanical garden and the miniature exhibition „Small Vogtland“ is worthwhile.
