Hiking route Esche (Ash) (National Park Centre Falkenstein - Großer Falkenstein)

The 'Esche' (Ash) hiking trail begins at the Nationalparkzentrum Falkenstein (National Park Centre). Here, you can start by visiting the Stone Age cave and observing European bison and wild horses in spacious enclosures. The trail continues past the villages of Schleicher and Kreuzstraßl to the scenic summit of Großer Falkenstein.
