Hiking route Pohlitz-Steinbrücken

Here you cross the tunnel and reach Dahlienstraße in the Pohlitz district. Further along, the street branches off to the right into Robener Grund. You follow this street for about 400 meters to Eselsweg, which gently rises on the left side, passing the old quarry through the forest to Steinbrücken (district of the city of Gera). The Postman's Path is signposted in the center of the village. In this way, you pass by orchards via well-developed forest and meadow paths back to Pohlitz. You leave the village via Silbitzer Weg to the Elsterbrücke at the red wall. After crossing the bridge, you continue along the bike path on the bank of the Weiße Elster past the leisure and recreational pool back to the starting point.
