Extensive and very scenic day route along the river valleys of Saar and Blies and over the heights of the Bliesgau with magnificent distant views as far as the Vosges.

Route sequence: Güdingen - Sarreguemines - Rheinheim - Blieskastel - Lautzkirchen - Biesingen - Seelbach - Heckendahlheim - Fechingen - Güdingen

This route is not marked with its own logo.

Follow the Saarland cycle path with the yellow Saarland logo to Blieskastel. Shortly after Blieskastel, do not continue following the Saarland cycle path on the railway tracks but turn left to Lautzkirchen station. From there, follow the Bliesgau cycle path. The Bliesgau and Saar-Nahe highland cycle paths now run parallel. In Biesingen, follow the Saar-Nahe highland cycle path with the orange Saarland logo branching off to the right back to Güdingen
