Destination: Stieglitzeck car park on the B 242, Magdeburger Hut

From the Magdeburger Hut at the Stieglitzeck car park, you start the easy to moderate route on the Ackerstraße, heading towards Hans-Kühnenburg.

Next to the groomed cross-country ski trail, which is marked with blue/red signs, runs the packed winter hiking trail. Follow this path until the junction with Schmelzertalstraße, here please keep right or straight ahead. Continue here until you reach the next ski trail or path fork.

To reach Hans-Kühnenburg, please turn right; after about 300 m uphill, you will reach Hans Kühnenburg. The return route follows the same path.
