Bombina, the fire-bellied toad, would like to invite you on a discovery journey through her habitat. Just follow the signs showing a sitting toad.

A sound concert by Mother Nature

The route starts at the Fischereihof in Kleinholscha, leads through the protected area "Ponds between Neschwitz and Großdubrau," partly over meadows and fields and along ponds.

Four fallen trees above the Große Neuteich challenge the hiker in a special way - sometimes you have to climb over them and sometimes go under - but these hurdles are quite manageable and give the path its special natural character.

Along the way are information and activity boards. Children learn playfully which creatures live in and around the pond, what special features characterize them, and why their protection is so important. An observation tower also invites exploring nature.
