Regional trail that "encircles" the Upper Lusatia over approx. 275 km with the red dot marking.

This circular trail connects the two districts Bautzen and Görlitz. The section through the Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape is approx. 55 km long and passes through the "UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape", the Sorbian settlement area, the KRABAT region and the Lusatian carp pond region.

The entire route of the Oberlausitz Circular Trail leads (depending on the starting point) in the far south at the spa town of Johnsdorf and leads (clockwise) to Hainwalde, Spitzkunnersdorf, Kottmarsdorf, Schönbach, Crostau, Weifa, Bischofswerda, Kamenz, Rosenthal, Ralbitz, Neschwitz, Radibor, Niedergurig, Malschwitz, Dubrauke, Waldhufen, Thiemendorf, Reichenbach, Ostritz, Hirschfelde, Zittau, Lückendorf and back to Johnsdorf.
