Author´s Tip / Recommendation of the author

From the castle park, there is a short worthwhile detour up to Jößnitz Castle.

The Jößnitz Castle, visible from all directions, is a locally significant monument. To be exact, it is the hunting lodge of the former castle, which had to be demolished after a major fire in 1860. Next to Jößnitz Castle, there is a farm shop offering fresh and organic products, inviting you to a small snack.
