Bäckerei Frenzel GmbH

Café
History of the Frenzel bakery - The baker you can trust.
The Frenzel bakery was initially founded in 1938 by Elli and Kurt Frenzel in Waltringhausen
After Kurt Frenzel did not return from the Second World War, his wife continued to run the business with master baker Otto Bock until they moved to a larger building in Bad Nenndorf in 1954
In 1970, the bakery was taken over by their son Horst Frenzel and his wife Thea. As their son Dirk Frenzel had a flour dust allergy, master baker Jens Beneke and his partner Silke Geweke, a trained retail saleswoman, took over the business in 2000.
The next takeover is planned by their daughter Tessa Beneke, who completed an apprenticeship as a confectioner and master baker as well as a master's degree in craft management.

The Frenzel bakery supplies hotels, guesthouses and clinics as well as private households and is represented at three events in Bad Nenndorf: the spring festival, the gourmet festival and the farmers' market.
A second outlet is also currently being built in Haste.
