Field Restaurant

The Field Restaurant is located in the "Katerberg" hotel in Lüchow and is run by head chef Salvatore Fontanazza. The team does its best to spoil its guests every day. High-quality food is transformed into authentic dishes with the skill of a craftsman. The motivation is to bring out the best with love and care and to create something surprising.

In addition to the current menu, the Field also offers a 6-course menu from different worlds of taste and countries of origin, subject to prior reservation.

In order to be able to cater to each individual guest, a standardized menu or sequence of dishes from the current menu is prepared table by table for groups of 5 or more. This can be discussed in advance.
