Imbiss/Bistro Backstube

Simone Adler's bistro 'Backstube' in Ströhen, a popular meeting place since 2004, takes its name from the former Rohlfs bakery. With around 60 seats, an inviting beer garden and a daily changing lunch menu on weekdays (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) from September to May, it offers culinary variety all year round. In addition, 'Backstube' treats its guests to a delicious breakfast buffet once a month (with advance reservation) as well as seasonal specialities such as asparagus, kale and Christmas dinner.
