A time capsule of indulgence: The Pfeifer ice cream parlor has been making delicious ice cream by hand for over 60 years. You can still see and taste tradition today.

For many decades and three generations, the Pfeifer ice cream parlor has been serving delicious ice cream in cones and cups. A lot has happened since it opened in Leipzig in 1953, but time seems to have miraculously stood still at the Pfeifer ice cream parlor. The decor, the friendly smiles of the sales staff and the satisfied customers can still be seen here and that is what makes this retro gem so charming.

The last operators with the Pfeifer name retired in 2007, but the new owner Melanie Mehlitz, who regularly lapped up scoops of ice cream at Pfeifer's as a child, is upholding the legacy with a great sense of tradition and the customers thank her for it.

Dans l'assortiment, entre autres : vanille, chocolat et fraise, argousier, amaretto, malaga, menthe. Le tout est accompagné de café fraîchement préparé et de gâteaux faits maison.We make our own ice cream every day. The range includes vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, sea buckthorn, amaretto, malaga and peppermint. There is also freshly brewed coffee and home-baked cake.Zmrzlina se vyrábí každý den přímo v podniku. V nabídce najdete vanilkovou, čokoládovou a jahodovou, rakytníkovou, amarettovou, malaga a mátovou. V nabídce je také čerstvě uvařená káva a doma upečený dort.
