The small village of Stiepelse in the municipality of Amt Neuhaus lies right on the Elbe River. While there, be sure to visit Plan-b to treat yourself to a culinary experience in its beautiful garden. The name Plan-b says it all: B stands for concepts like calling, enthusiasm, enrichment, a special atmosphere, and a popular gathering place. Above all, however, it stands for dishes such as beluga lentils with lamb’s lettuce, filtered coffee, and sheet cake, or colorful vegetable soup. PLAN b sources its ingredients from local farmers. In the kitchen, the owner prepares these dishes largely without flavor enhancers. This makes even the bratwurst a special treat. PLAN b stands out for its consistent quality.
