By car:
The starting point is the large parking lot on Köppenweg, which is right next to Einbeck Mitte train station and the Neues Rathuas. From Köppenweg, turn right into Teichenweg and follow the road to the left.
Pass the Rewe store on the left and continue straight ahead until you reach the junction with Rabbethgestraße. Turn left into Rabbethgestraße and follow the road, which becomes Langer Wall.
At the end of the street you reach Tiedexer Tor with a view of Bäckerwall. Turn right here and then take the first street on the left, Schrammstraße.
Then turn right again into Jahnstraße. The large parking lot for GENUSSWERKSTATT and PS.SPEICHER is on the right-hand side.
The entrance to the Genusswerkstatt is at the end of the parking lot on the left-hand side.
