Badesee Wipshausen

The Wipshausen bathing lake is called Wipshausener Kieskuhle and is therefore not a natural lake, but a lake that was created as a result of gravel extraction. The shores of the lake are overgrown with bushes and numerous trees, which provide pleasant shade on hot days. There is a small sandy beach with a shallow shore, which is particularly popular with families with children.
