The fieldstone church of Satemin is located on the southern edge of the round village. The church's baptismal angel was rediscovered in 2005 and has been back in place since the restoration.
The fieldstone church is one of the first village churches in Wendland. The church in Satemin was probably built as a fieldstone church with a tower shortly before 1309. This means it dates from the same time as the church in Zeetze. However, the tower was later renewed and heavily modified. A baptismal angel can be admired in the church.
