This very challenging cycle tour starts at the Tourist Information Bispingen. Pass the Luhegrund adventure playground and continue along Timmerloher Lindenallee through Röders Heide to the Grasengrund sheepfold. You reach the traffic circle in Scharrl and keep left towards Schneverdingen. Immediately afterwards, turn right onto a country lane to Bockheber.
Bockheber is one of the most beautiful heath farms between the Aller and Elbe rivers. It is said to be by far the oldest single farm in the nature reserve. Bockheber has all the settlement facilities in abundance: pasture for large livestock, a grass yard behind the house, good farmland, grazing opportunities for sheep, a magnificent courtyard copse and good well water. The current main building is an ornate half-timbered house dating back to 1826. The farmstead was taken over by the Nature Conservation Park Association in 1912. The name is probably derived from Buche = Bock and the village of Heber.

Follow the route to Hof Möhr, through the Osterheide, past the Sylvestersee lake to the B3. From here, the route continues towards Niederhaverbeck through the Heidetal valley to Wilsede, Döhle, Hörpel and the Borsteler Kuhlen back to Bispingen.
