A relaxed route with beautiful views into the valley, many places to rest, and an organic farm along the way (Bucheralm). Not quite as crowded as the Wendelstein.

From Birkenstein over Kesselalm and Hubertus hut to the local mountain of Fischbachau, the Breitenstein. The descent leads over Bucheralm back to Birkenstein. In summer, there are three rustic places to rest and great views from the Breitenstein. From Kesselalm onwards, we are almost continuously on trails.
