Directions
The route begins at the **** Gunzenberg Campsite with tourist information. From here, you walk along the circular reservoir path through a forest section past the water rescue tower towards the water sports center. The path takes you past the barbecue area and the campfire site with a large sunbathing lawn until you finally reach the water sports center with the Panorama Restaurant. Here you will encounter the first real highlight for children: the largest playground at the Pöhl Dam. With its 18m-long adventure ship as well as climbing and sliding opportunities with a view of the water, it is a true play paradise for children. There is also a public toilet at the water sports center.
You then continue past the beach volleyball court through another forest section to the Pöhl Climbing Forest. This offers ten courses with more than one hundred climbing elements and different difficulty levels for large and small visitors. Just a few meters away is the pier for the passenger shipping. Here you can explore the Pöhl Dam from the water on a one-hour circular cruise. Both on board the passenger ships and ashore through the bistro at the anchorage, your culinary well-being is taken care of. Along the circular reservoir path, you continue over the 61m high and 312m long dam wall to Jocketa. You follow the footpath about 300m until you turn right onto a small path towards the Jocketa sunbathing lawn. After about 150m you reach the destination: the leisure and adventure park with many highlights for the whole family.
