Day 1 of the tour: Soltau - Neuenkirchen - Schneverdingen - Bispingen (50 km)
Day 2 of the tour: Bispingen - Munster - Wietzendorf - Soltau (55 km)

Soltau : Start at Georges-Lemoine-Platz in a northerly direction / From Soltau town center, follow the signs towards Neuenkirchen. After leaving the houses of the town behind you, you will reach the "Kuhbach", a varied mixed coniferous and deciduous forest on the western outskirts of Soltau, where the stream and the alpine meadow merge to form the "Soltau".

Neuenkirchen : Shortly before Neuenkirchen, you will reach a small area of heathland, the Rienheide. Cycle past the rock garden in the direction of Schäferhof - a quaint, beautiful Schnucken stable complex with small heathland areas. Continue towards the town center and from here - following the signs - via Delmsen and Kempen towards Sprengel. The small mill village of Sprengel is home to the Holländer Mühle gallery (open to visitors). In the direction of Königshof, the stage leads left through fields - with a wonderful view of the mill. In Königshof, go straight on at the crossroads towards Liste. Once you reach the small road, turn right past fields and meadows, in agricultural surroundings past Schülernbrockhof and Voigten, directly past Walter-Peters-Park into the center of Schneverdingen.

Schneverdingen : From here you reach the extensive, renaturalized Osterheide. On sandy paths, the tour leads through the car-free nature reserve, past the Sylvestersee lake directly to Niederhaverbeck and on to Wilsede. The route continues on paved paths to Sellhorn. Pass under the highway to Volkwardingen, the next village is Borstel in der Kuhle. The beautiful heath village of Bispingen is your destination for the first day of the tour.

Bispingen : The second day starts in Bispingen on Töpinger Straße, from here the route continues to traffic circle 209 and straight on from there: past the old heath village of Töpingen with its staircase granary and heath cemetery and past the riding stables near Alvern to Munster. The Lili Marleen statue welcomes you in Munster. The town center invites you to linger in the cafés. Enjoy the peace and quiet by the mill pond and visit the old farmstead "Ollershof".

Munster : From the center of Munster, this stage takes you to the B71 and then on the cycle path to Dethlingen via Kreutzen, Reiningen and Halmern directly to the center of Wietzendorf - very quiet and always along the Wietze on the Reininger Kirchweg. There are a few places where you can turn left along the Wietze to take an idyllic break. In Wietzendorf, turn right from Reininger Kirchweg onto Wiesenstraße, where you turn left at the end onto Dethlinger Weg. Shortly afterwards you will reach the main road, which you follow to the right. The Wietzendorf town hall is located on the corner of Hauptstraße and Bahnhofsstraße. You can take a break with a delicious ice cream on the town hall square.

Wietzendorf : Continue through the forest to Dehnernbockel and Lührsbockel to the B3. After crossing the highway, follow the path towards Brock. After crossing the highway, keep left towards Soltau. At the T-junction, follow the asphalt road to the right in the direction of "Tetendorf-Soltau" until you come to the next signpost in Tetendorf for Soltau after a few kilometers. The beautiful Breidings Garten landscape park is located along the Böhme on the left. At the end of the gravel path, the stage takes you right onto Charlottenstraße and through the railroad underpass to Georges-Lemoine-Platz - your destination.
