In the Lausche area with start and finish at the "Neu Sorge" parking lot

The approximately 2.5-hour hike in the Lausche area starts at the parking lot at Neu Sorge in the Waltersdorf resort. Passing the Lazarus nursing home, follow the street to the right, steadily uphill along pretty single-family houses to the Eisgasse. The yellow marking accompanies you to the Schwarzen Tor. Continue south along the ridge path to Lauscheborn. Here you can make a detour to the highest peak of the Zittau Mountains. For the return route, it is recommended to go right at Lauscheborn towards the mountain huts. At the ski slope, turn left onto the soft path, pass the former ski jump tower, straight ahead over the Schwarzen Grabenweg to the Wendebruchstiege. Now turn right onto the Talweg, at the next crossroads turn left onto the hollow path and follow it to the fork with three branching paths, take the far left one, follow it to Sorgeteich, and back to the parking lot.
