The family-friendly cycling route runs on lightly trafficked roads between Plauen, Jößnitz, and Syrau. Along the way, there are numerous "animal" highlights for both young and old.

The start of the route is the Plauen district Reißig with the popular Falknerei Herrmann (alternatively, the round route can of course also start at other entry points). From here, the route leads via the Pfaffengut and the Pfaffenmühle to the picturesque village of Jößnitz. Via Steinsdorf and Fröbersgrün, with magnificent views of the Vogtland landscape, it goes on to Syrau with windmill and Dragon's Cave. On a short section of the Drachenradweg, the route runs via Kauschwitz to Haselbrunn. Past the Vogtland stadium, the Haselbrunn outdoor swimming pool, and the Plauen city forest with playground, the route leads back to the starting point at the Falknerei Herrmann.
